Defending champions South Africa, New Zealand, Samoa and Fiji have all qualified for the Cup Semi-finals of the 2012 USA Sevens in Las Vegas.
New Zealand booked their place in the Cup Semi-finals with a 12-7 victory against England. The Kiwis will meet defending USA7s champions South Africa after captain Kyle Brown’s 50th World Series try helped Paul Treu’s side to a 24-5 victory over Argentina in the second quarter final.
Steven Hunt, SARU/IRB Sevens Player of the Year Cecil Afrika, skipper Kyle Brown and Branco Du Preez all crossed for the BlitzBokke while Branco Du Preez kicked two conversion in the match against Argentina.
Earlier on Day2 the South Africans saw off a weak challenge from France (33 – 5).
The match between SA and NZ takes place on Sunday at 11:32 (local time) or 9:32pm (SA time).

Top scorer
Cecil Afrika (30 points) has been eclipsed on the Top Points Scorer-list by Metuisela Talebula (FIJI, 33 points) while New Zealand’s Tomasi Cama is in joint-second position with 30 points. Afrika remains the Top Try Scorer with 6 ‘touch downs‘ as the Americans would say.
