Prolific Twitter-user, the All Blacks’ Cory Jane this week admitted that he his finding it hard coping with the team management’s banning of the popular social network.

Jane, who has some 20,000 Twitter followers told TVNZ that he was “suffering.”

Yeah I’m battling, I’m checking it, must be every 10 minutes just to see what people are writing what’s going on and it’s starting to hurt, but rules are rules,” he said.

The worst thing about it is when somebody writes something that you just want to answer and let them know, like the welcome we had, you just want to throw on something like, ‘look at this people, look what we have to deal with, it’s unreal’, but we’re not allowed to.”

Meanwhile, the Springboks on tour are Tweeting away, with speedster Bryan Habana and skipper John Smit probably the most active in the South African camp.

Smit Tweeted this gem this morning (pm in New Zealand):

I forgot to show you some of the other gifts the guys got at SA send off after I was given a kitkat!
