Western Province coach Alistair Coetzee as well as his Bulls counterpart Pine Pienaar will be two happy campers because Bok coach Peter De Villiers has finally agreed to release 3 key WP and Bulls players for Currie Cup duty.

Springbok management announced on today that three members of the Springboks’s Castle Tri-Nations squad have been released to play for their respective unions in the Absa Currie Cup this weekend.

Juan de Jongh and Gio Aplon (pictured above) will join DHL Western Province and will be available for selection against the MTN Golden Lions on Friday, while Chiliboy Ralepelle has been released to play for the Vodacom Blue Bulls against GWK Griquas in Pretoria, also on Friday.

The Springboks take on the All Blacks in what should be a sold out Nelson Mandela Stadium in Port Elizabeth this Saturday.
