I just picked up on this IRB video via YouTube.

It tells the story about the International Rugby Board (IRB) “Spirit of Rugby” Award given to the Virreyes Rugby Club in Buenos Aires.

Now we all know that the  2016 Olympic Games will be hosted by Rio De Janeiro in Brazil so all eyes will be focused on South America in the run-up to the Games.

Much like South Africa in the run-up to the 1995 Rugby World Cup (RWC) and even the 2010 FIFA Football World Cup, a lot of attention will be given to development of the game of Rugby in the hosting country and indeed the region.

While Argentina is NOT hosting the 2016 Olympic Games, it is indeed a major rugby power in the region and any development in that area has to be commended.
