Fans of the shortened version of rugby are in for a bumper weekend early in February.

Here we are not just talking Sevens, but the other short game:

Rugby Tens.

The 3rd event on the 2010/2011 HSBC Sevens World Series takes place at the Westpac Stadium in Wellington, New Zealand (4-5 February 2011).

Over the same weekend, but 11 hours behind the Kiwis, Bob Skinstad and former Bok-teammate Robbie Fleck present their Cape Town Tens tournament in the Mother City.

The NZI Sevens kicks off at 1pm, ending at 10pm (NZ time) on Friday and Saturday, which means Sevens fans in Cape Town can catch most of the action from the Westpac Stadium (2am to 11am in South Africa).  This should leave them with enough time to check out the goings-on at the Cape Town Tens.

The USA Sevens takes place in Las Vegas a week later.

Happy days!
