Samoa has turned the tables on South Africa after their loss to the reigning Scotland Sevens champions a week ago by shutting out the Springboks 19-0.

The BlitzBokke had no reserves left in their arsenal in reply to Samoa’s 3 tries (Levasa, Faosaliva, Mai).  The half-time score was 14-0.

The win sees Samoa take one step closer to also taking over South Africa’s crown as IRB Sevens Series Champions.

The other Cup quarter-finalists are:

England vs. Scotland

Australia vs. Fiji

New Zealand vs. Argentina
